A quick flooding activity I just did...

WATERPROOF LETTERS
These are sent to households which are at risk from flooding.
They will have to print some new letters to send to households in Doncaster, Catcliffe, Rotherham and parts of Sheffield.
The letters need to contain the following:
• an explanation of the causes for flooding
• some suggestions for the preparation that should be made
• a guide for what to do should the house be flooded – health issues are a particular problem due to sewage in the flood water
• the Floodline number and details on the 4 levels of flood warning

Format: A4 double sided letter…
Addressed: Dear Householder…
And giving reasons for them receiving the letter.
